Mobile Banking

With mobile banking you have access to your accounts anytime, anywhere. Our free* mobile banking app is available on the Android and iPhone and brings your accounts to you, wherever you are. Check balances, view account history, transfer funds, pay bills, and much more. It's all in the palm of your hand.

To enroll in mobile banking

  • Log in to online banking. Under the Preferences menu, select "Mobile."
  • On the "Mobile Enrollment" tab, select the box next to "Yes, enable my User ID and Password for use on my mobile device."
  • Select the "Mobile Authorizations" tab and create a four-digit mobile authorization code (MAC). Your MAC will allow you to execute transactions in the mobile banking application.
  • Click the "Submit" button. You are now enrolled in mobile banking and ready to use the mobile banking application.
  • On your iPhone or Android mobile phone go to the iPhone App Store or Google Play and download the Dexter Credit Union Mobile Banking App.

Q: What is Mobile Banking?

Mobile Banking gives you the ability to check balances, view transactions, transfer funds, pay bills, and much more directly from your mobile device. The Dexter Credit Union Mobile App offers convenient, secure, on-demand mobile banking services and delivers the information you need, when you need it.

Q: Is the mobile app secure?

Dexter Credit Union's mobile app delivers the highest level of security with multiple layers of authentication, including a MAC (mobile authorization code) that only you know.

Q: Is there a cost for the mobile app?

Dexter Credit Union's mobile app is offered as a free service to all of our online banking members. (Phone charges from your mobile provider may apply.)

Q: Does the mobile app require software to be installed on my phone?

No. You only need to download the app from either the iPhone App Store or Google Play for Android.

Q: Is there a waiting period after enrolling?

No. Once you've enrolled, all you need to do is download the app and you're ready to go.

Q: Do I need to be enrolled in online banking to use the mobile app?

Yes. You must be enrolled in online banking in order to sign up for mobile banking. You can sign up for online banking here.

Q: How do I use the mobile app?

Once you are enrolled:

  • On your iPhone or Android device, go to the iPhone App Store or Google Play and download the Dexter Credit Union Mobile Banking app.
  • Log in with your normal online banking login ID and password
  • Select an account to view account balances, review history, make transfers, etc.

Q: Can I pay bills from the mobile app?

Yes, as long as you are currently enrolled in Bill Pay. Bill Pay can be accessed through the mobile app and is fully functional within the mobile solution with one exception. If you wish to add a payee then you must still log in to your Bill Pay account through online banking to perform this task.

To access Mobile Bill Pay simply select "Bill pay" from the menu on the mobile app. The first time you do this you will be required to accept the terms and conditions for the mobile bill payment service. Upon accepting the terms and conditions you will be enrolled in mobile bill pay and can begin to use the service immediately.

Q: Why can't I access images and statements from the mobile app?

The mobile app is designed as a "mini" banking site. In order to enhance the user experience, we are unable to provide images and statements on the mobile application. You can still log in to your online banking account on a regular computer to see your images and statements.
